Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

We are absolutely confident in the quality of our products and want you to feel the same way. However, due to personalization and customization, we are unable to accept returns or process an exchange on custom or personalized items. In the rare occurrence, we will exchange any item that may be damaged. If this occurs, please contact us for further assistance. Once an order has been placed we can not cancel the order and can not refund the shipping for a return if there is such charge on your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please have the receipt of purchase and the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@willowandblushco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
